OSS Credits: Support doesn't respond

Hi! I requested OSS credits renewal for my OSS project on Monday. The support didn’t respond and On Tuesday I filed another request which is still inactive. Are there issues with OSS credits in Travis as of now?

I see that we allocated you credits (25k) of them on October 17th, 2023.
