We have been using travis-ci for years for OMG® Systems Modeling Community · GitHub. In the past, requests for additional open source credits have been handled quickly by travis support. However, for the second time, this no longer seems to be the case. I submitted a request on over a week ago, and I have not even received an automated response that a support ticket has been created. This is now impacting our ability to publish a release.
What is going on?
