my team has a PR that uses the title: “Create the resurrector service and ResurrectionHelper.”
This title is long enough that the PR number is truncated such that it links to PR #4.
It is actually PR #4XXX so the link leads to the wrong PR.
Please make the whole title the link (so that long titles do not hide or truncate the link) and ensure that the link is not mangled.
