Why doesn't travis see my public github repo?

I’ve got 2 public github repo, successfully building on travis. Created the new one, but it is not listed on the account/repositories page. What has happened?

Some repositories that are present at https://travis-ci.org/account/repositories are missing from https://travis-ci.com/account/repositories. This includes https://github.com/native-api/test_travis/. Syncing to Github doesn’t change anything. The Travis CI Github App is enabled for all repositories.
