The same happened to me.
Retry in incognito-mode (secret window) and if the new repo appears then you need to clear cache and hard-reload the browser.
To clear cache and hard-reload in Chrome, open “developers tools” then right-click the refresh icon “
” and select “clear cache and hard reload”.
