In my account preferences, I should be seeing two organizations. Instead, I see that “you are not a member of any organization.” The organizations were there before, and I was able to enable Travis on those repositories, but one day, it suddenly disappeared! Help!
I also currently don’t have access to any repos of my orgas, even after syncing my GH profile again in the account settings. I can only see the repos from my own GH profile.
It’s been suggested elsewhere that clearing your cookies and/or logging out and back in may resolve this issue.

Stumbled upon this thread with similar problems.
While relogging did not help me, accessing travis-ci.com from a different browser did - so I suspect something off with cookies as well.
