Nodejs + linux-s390x arch infinite on starting VM

I been following travis blog and seems like finally travis starting support power and z arch. I gave a try on building official node-sass travis workflow but for s390x linux, it just keep failing and restarting on “booting VM”.

Maybe this issue is similar with following issue.

Repeating received -> queued -> booting status on arm64

Exactly the same problem as in ARM64 job doesn't start Yesterday they also announced the System Z and PowerPC support, but it has the same issue too: https://travis-ci.com/radareorg/radare2/builds/136261458 Basically, none of them work.
