S390 builds have been erroring out for some time (at least several days) with “An error occurred while generating the build script.”
This seems to be specific to Xenial builds since I found a few other projects using S390 on Bionic which is not hitting this problem. I’ll try switching to Bionic in the hopes that resolves it but something is clearly broken here
