Install of oraclejdk11 is failing (11.0.3+12)

Oracle updated their JDK 11 distro to 11.0.3 – this is reflected in install-jdk.sh version 2019-06-25.

@BanzaiMan et al, please update Travis’ copy of the script. Thanks.
