Graviton 2 jobs cycling between "received", "queued" and "booting"

Hi,
I am trying the new Graviton 2 containers, in hope for improved performance. However, I see that jobs do not start: it goes from “received” to “queued”, then “booting” for a moment and back to “received”. It never starts, it’s been in this state for hours.
This is one of the examples where it is happening.
