@DaliDalmas I just had the same issue with Bitbucket… It seems that this issue is related to the fact that I’ve tried to execute on a project in a different namespace than my private or company name space.
When I switched to a branch on my personal name space - the message disappeared.
I also encounter this problem.
Did you do this with a paid account or a free account?
The same problem.
I have recently registered on https://app.travis-ci.com/ and got a Trial Plan. Whenever I try to trigger a build, I get message that
You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please switch to a bigger plan
Even though no other user is running build.
0 Unique users who are running builds
Could you please help in resolving this issue?
I have the same problem
We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.
same issue, I just signed up for trial.
same issue. Signed up for free account and getting error “We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.”.
Same issue over here. Signed up for trial account then this “We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.”.
The same issue. Even created the second account and also passed the validation but still…
I have got the same message “We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.”. I am the only user and did not trigger any pipeline.
Is it a bug?
Thank you!

I have 0 users in the free trial. What is the purpose of the software trial if there is nothing to try?
I have the same issue.
Same issue here. Thinking about moving to GH Actions
Same issue as everyone else. Signed up for free trial. Card details accepted. Activated my repos in Github and still get this stupid error. Going by the lack of replies above, nobody in Travis gives a damn so I’m off to try Jenkins instead. good luck folks!
