Ploblem with build start -- exceeded the number of users for the plan

Hi.

I’ve just started using Travis for the first time trying to explore how to deploy a static site using my GitHub account.
But once I’ve prepared .travis.yml config file for my test project and got back to Travis, I saw this:

We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.

It’s looking quite strange as I’m the only one person who has just started exploring the tool, and nobody else used my account for this so far.
I don’t need any payable subscription for now.
How can I proceed with using Travis for free?

Thanks.

I am also facing the same issue

I just encountered this error using Travis CI for the first time on a Free Trial plan.

I faced the same issue. Did any of you solved the problem?

No, I’m facing the same problem. Did you find any solution??

No. I don’t think there will be any solution. Only thing you can do is to purchase the monthly or yearly billing plan.

We just got an email from support.

  • Logout
  • Clear Browser Cache/Cookies
  • Re-login
  • Trigger a build on a push commit
That is what they recommended and wanted us to follow up on what happens.

Edit: I didn’t event clear the cache and everything is working again.
