There is no documented solution, it is not solved.
Seems like Travis community is very unhelpful 42 responses and still no reply from Travis , such wankers you idiot
Same Issue I am getting, @BryanCrotaz can you please resolve this, Showing trail Plan having 10000 Credits, but get error message “You exceeded the number of users allowed for you plan. Please switch to a bigger plan”
I just hate travis as i am getting "We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.
" only. I will not recommend anyone to use travis.
“We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.”
I also encounter this problem. Do you have any ideas to solve it?
Fix was deployed, this issue should be fixed.
Have this error, just connected my Github account and a specific OSS project (Travis CI - Test and Deploy with Confidence).
Hi @Degola,
See if you’re still getting this error just looked at the account in question from the backend.
Hi @Montana
I’m having this error on Travis CI - Test and Deploy with Confidence
Can you have a look pls ?
Hi @benweet,
I will take a look now. I’ll keep you updated!
Got this notorious error
“We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.”
Builds have been stuck in the Queue for hours today.
My plan does not mention any limits to users, just for concurrent jobs. @Montana help fix for good.
Thanks!
Hi @ahtiu,
I will look into this.
Getting this error too.
But why ? i’ve still got credits
Hi @Arukaito,
Is this still happening now?
Hi @Montana
Yes, it’s still happening.
I am also facing the same issue which says “We are unable to start your build at this time. You exceeded the number of users allowed for your plan. Please review your plan details and follow the steps to resolution.”
Please look into this matter @Montana asap, the builds are stuck!!!
Hi @RanveerC22,
I see there is no plan on the user account. You’ll need to at least sign up for a trial to trigger builds, if not a paid plan.
Hellol @Montana
Do you mean I should signup for free plan. I am attaching the screenshot for the reference. If so, then I dont have any credit card for this. How can I then be able to trigger the builds?
Thanks
