Downloading Unity via Chocolatey fails on windows

I’m trying to build a simple unity project on windows, however choco install unity usually (but not always) fails with a 403 Forbidden error.

I’ve posted some details here:

Is this a travis, choco or unity issue?

For the time being, I’m building on OSX using https://github.com/DragonBox/u3d
