Hi,
We ran into this issue a while ago with Windows where the network requests to install packages failed. This subsequently caused our Travis CI build’s to crash on pull requests that were completely unrelated.
Is there a way that I’m unaware that if chocolatey isn’t working it won’t fail Travis CI?
