Build log asks users to report bugs against Github, but Github says otherwise

When building our project, we get this output:

Please open any issues at Sign in to GitHub · GitHub and cc joshua-anderson akoeplinger nterry

But when we go to Sign in to GitHub · GitHub we are redirected here. Consider updating the message in the build log to point here directly.

Thanks for pointing this out. https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-build/pull/1683 will fix this.
