After migrating to travis-ci.com (from org), I get "An error occurred while generating the build script." on MacOS

I had warning regarding build config that I am missing root lvl “os:” declaration and that default “linux” is used. While that was causing no problems on .org, I still decided to try to fix that, just to be sure. After I fixed it, macOs build passed!

This means it’s

`osx_image` is not inherited into explicitly included jobs

A minimal reproducing example: dist: bionic osx_image: xcode11.3 jobs: include: - os: linux - os: osx Presumably, during matrix expansion, os defaults to linux, causing osx_image to be ignored. This ignorance should happen later, after initial configurations for all jobs have been formed.
