`1` used in jobs page for both 1.0 and latest-stable-1.x

The travis.yml script supports the abbreviation 1 for “latest stable Julia release.” However, in the jobs page, 1.0 confusingly prints as Julia: 1. You can see an example here: https://travis-ci.org/JuliaImages/ImageCore.jl/builds/630910747?utm_source=github_status&utm_medium=notification (if you click on a pair of Julia: 1-labeled jobs, you’ll see one is for 1.0.5 and another for 1.3.0).

It would be better to have 1.0.x print as 1.0.
