We noticed that it’s not possible to provision a ppc64le + Ubuntu Focal environment, and Travis CI silently falls back to Ubuntu Bionic even tough the Travis Job UI shows Ubuntu Focal.
An example build is Travis CI - Test and Deploy with Confidence.
This is problematic as Node.js v18 requires GLIBC_2.28.
