Hello
I would like to propose a feature that would allow users to integrate custom notification channels for build status updates. Currently; Travis CI provides default notifications through email & Slack; but it would be great to see more flexibility with options like Discord, Microsoft Teams, or even custom webhooks. 
This would be especially useful for teams who rely on multiple communication platforms to keep track of their CI/CD processes.
It would also be helpful if users could customize the content of the notifications (e.g., including specific build metrics or logs). 
I have checked https://developer.travis-ci.com/ splunk documentation guide but still need help.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this idea!
