Pricing model for Organisations?

Our organisation had up to 25 concurrent jobs with unlimited minutes and all of a sudden we’re in a ridiculous plan paying for credits.
That would be just a “communication issue” if you can sort it out by yourself or in a matter of minutes but it seems that there’s no option but “Contact support and we’ll back to you”
Meanwhile you must keep paying expensive credit add-ons just to prevent your organisation from stopping development process.
Did you consider to reach your customers where offered plans were not covering their needs? Or to open a chat or phone line for URGENT cases?
Are you going to extend current plans?
