New pricing model, billing problem, and no help

Don’t know if it’s your case, but my team can’t work anymore with this tool since the activation of the new pricing model.
I’ve lost 400$ while selecting the 250$ plan. My plan is not activated, and I’m still 300$ short, for whatever reason totally obscure…
Only good news for me is that I used a virtual credit card…
Helping staff just don’t care…
