PR build status stuck at: "**continuous-integration/travis-ci** Expected — Waiting for status to be reported"

After creating a PR from forked repo I see

**continuous-integration/travis-ci**  Expected — Waiting for status to be reported

Looks like build is hanged, as we see this message since yesterday and nothing changes.

Could you please take a look? What can be the reason?

we double checked these settings and they are enabled, but we are still experiencing the same issue. What else can we do to troubleshoot?
