The builds start but get stuck without reaching “Build system information” step.
The builds eventually fail with “No output has been received in the last 10m0s, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.” but given this is before the “Build system information” step, I can’t do anything about it and it seems there’s something wrong with Travis CI IBM infra at the moment.
Same problem for me. I did send an email to support@travis-ci.com on August 5, and got an automated answer with a ticket number (56789) but no further reaction since then…
I also sent an email on August 2nd.
I received the non-automated answer on August 9th:
We have raised the issue with the concerned team, and our engineers are actively addressing the issue that you reported. We will keep you updated. More on this to come!
This is still broken, and it’s been over two weeks now. It would have been good for Travis to at least acknowledge the problem publicly on https://www.traviscistatus.com/
I’m subscribing to this thread to be notified when this is fixed, so we can re-enable builds.
I just received the following mail for my ticket number 56789:
Hello! Thanks so much for contacting Travis CI. We are closing out this conversation as it has been quiet for some time. Of course, please let us know if you still have questions or concerns - we are here to help!
The problem is still NOT solved and they want to close the ticket?
The problem has been acknowledged at https://www.traviscistatus.com/ and is now fixed.
Indeed, builds are running again.
