After opening 3 or 4 tickets that sat unanswered for days, i’m at my wits end trying to get support.

The issue is that travis-ci isn’t showing up in github PRs in our org for one specific repo only. No amount of resetting, retrying, uninstalling and reinstall travis has helped. I think i’m in need of some log information that only travis-ci staff would have.
Please please help.
