How to get support help?

I have been trying to reach support now since last week, and I get no reply.

I have tried both email and the website support portal. I get an automated response, but no further reply.

Does anybody know how support can be reached?

I have another ticket that has been in for a couple of days with no answer.

I need to understand how to get postgresql working in our build. We use jobs, and it seems I cannot get pg to work within a job.

this is on Travis CI - Test and Deploy with Confidence

if you have a look at builds 689 to 711 you will see all the permutations I have tried.
