Group contact for Travis staff for pinging if something specific needs to be done?

Sometimes when I reply to a topic reporting a problem, I identify that something needs to be done from your side. I can @ ping some specific staff members who are active on the forum (e.g. @BanzaiMan or @dominic) but this has obvious drawbacks.

Have you got any “group contact” that one can ping, and whoever is available at the moment will see it? Or is there no need for such a contact because you are able to look through all the new messages and will see the request anyway?
