Are new topics triaged by Travis support staff?


Hi all,

I’m trying to pick up the thread of an issue that was closed on github with the mass-migration to using this Discourse instance for support.

The original Github issue was:

The new Discourse thread was created 12 days ago, with no response yet: Firefox latest-unsigned install fails silently

I think the issue is actually solved, since it seems to be working for my use case, but I’m really not sure.

Is there some way I can respectfully ask the support staff to take a look at a particular topic? I know flagging is really more for identifying abuse, I don’t see any good options in the UI.

If there’s no way to ask for help, is there a published process for triaging issues, so that I can be assured of eventually getting input within some number of days?
