After nearly a year of use across multiple projects in the org, I finally decided to check out Insights. It wasn’t as easy to find as I’d assumed it might be since I have several orgs, but a little googling got me there just fine. The real problem is that, now that I’m there, the insights are empty for my work github org. I’m an owner of that org, but I also have it configured so that all org members can see the insights. What am I missing here?
Minor additional issue, perhaps: the average queue time reads “NaN mins”, but mostly I’d just like to see some fancy data visualizations to see what we’re doing across the org.
