Build delays when merging Pull requests

Is anyone else out there experiencing MAJOR build delays with Travis CI ? Our developers commit a PR from Github and the checks don’t run on Travis. If I manually trigger a build of a branch, it does not get picked up by Travis and has taken over 3 hours for it to start building.

We are facing the exact same problem, last 2 hours we cannot trigger any builds.

Just adding that I’ve been unable to start a build all day.

Committing/pushing has no visible effect in the Travis interface.

Manually triggering creates requests that seem to not process but are “successfully created”

I can re-run existing builds, though.
