Windows job is stuck on “Booting virtual machine”, then subj appears in the log.

Already tried waiting for several hours and restarting the build, 2 times.
Looks like Windows builders have a problem booting.
I’ve been getting this error as well. Any luck or suggestions?

Update: After many unsuccessful restart tries, it has now worked after one and a half days.
