Abuse detected but there was no heavy traffic out of the account, only one PR was created that got flagged, this account doesn't even have commits there

Noticed that freshly opened PR got the abuse flag for some reason, i didn’t even had any commits send out so can’t figure out whats triggered this and how to fix/avoid this issue. Emailed to support but can not get any response
