Update to Xcode 10.2 release

Is there an ETA on when the Xcode 10.2 toolchain will be updated from the beta 2 version that’s currently available to the final release version that went live yesterday?

Hello, there. At the moment we were unable to resolve this issue in the image provisioning process before getting the 10.2 image out the door. We plan to investigate more again afterwards.
