Unable to locate package crystal-nightly

Trying to build against crystal-nightly, we put

crystal:
  - nightly

But we are met in the build log with:

E: Unable to locate package crystal-nightly

(Here’s the build log: myst-lang/myst/jobs/488667904.)

Why is this?

For one thing, nightly server appears to be down. (Which is the server specified for the nightly builds.)

There is an issue from the past https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/issues/5836, but it has not been addressed.
