Unable to initiate Debug build session

We are unable to initiate the debug build session, and not getting SSH command to login into the server, and getting below error,

No output has been received in the last 10m0s, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.

Earlier we used to SSH into the debug server, can any one help me on understanding on this?

we are using the Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS server

Hey there,

We are using tmate for the debug VM sharing for the debug feature. There was an outage on the dependent project and this should be resolved by now.
