Travis CI showing repository as inactive after enabling it from Github

I have enabled a repository from the GitHub Travis CI app. When I look for the the repository under the org in travis-ci.com, it is not listed. When I manually navigate to the repository in Travis, there is a message asking to activate the repository in Github. Is something going on with the integration with Github?
