Status checks stopped working recently, probably in the last day or two for our repo that was already migrated to travis-ci.com and already had Travis CI - Pull Request checked.
Unfortunately I don’t see any sync button for orgs. The repository is added via the Travis github app and shows correctly on travis. The build also gets triggered properly on travis, just no status is reported back to github.
We had a huge back log in GitHub status updates, and we dealt with that. We do see some errors with GitHub tokens still. For example, https://github.com/box/box-ui-elements/pull/1371 is not getting updated because the token is invalid.
Thank you, @BanzaiMan! I was just writing my own response to this thread when you resolved it, and I’m now seeing the checks properly reporting back to the PR that I’m waiting on.
@Darth If you have the authorization, could you try resetting the check status integration? (Disable and re-enable the repo?) You might need to restart the (parts of) the affected builds, unfortunately.
