Justify moving to a plan with more concurrent builds

Hey, I’m looking for ways to justify moving from the Startup ( x2 Concurrent jobs) to Small Business (x5 Concurrent jobs.)

Ideally, some a report or way to monitor the number of builds delayed per day/week and minutes waiting while the build is blocked with the 2 executing builds.

Feels like the kindof thing Travis CI might have done in the past to help customers justify an upgrade.
