travis-ci.org requires you to activate a repository to start running builds. Having the dashboard cluttered with repositories that will never be run only works to clutter up the dashboard.
I am aware that you can limit what repositories travis has read access to on github, but having to change that every time I create one instead of toggling it on in the travis settings seems like unnecessary work.
