Observing the following error for various repositories during Travis-ci deployments:

There was an error in the .travis.yml file from which we could not recover.

Unable to fetch GitHub Apps Token. GitHub may be unavailable. Check https://githubstatus.com. If GitHub is available, restart may resolve the temporary problem.
