Error with choco install visualstudio2019-workload-vctools

Hi all,

Since tuesday 2nd of June, I’m experiencing an issue with chocolatey under windows to install MSVC 2019.
When executing the following command during the install phase, the command fails:
choco install visualstudio2019-workload-vctools

I do not know what changed exactly, and whether it is on travis’ of chocolatey’s side, but the problem seems to be resolved : https://travis-ci.com/github/gegelati/gegelati/jobs/343085925
