ERROR: No matching distribution found for ipython package

When installing frappe on travis CI, it is failing with this error.

Installing frappe

If we look at pypi, this version is already available.

Judging by the list of versions provided, you’re using Python 3.6: 7.16.1 is the last IPython release that supports it.

Have updated python version and it started working.
