I have noticed that the current Windows system has only 2gb of free space (which is not enough to use Kotlin/Native). I have tried to remove several stuff and got 14gb of free space, that is much more reasonable.
The chocolatey for example includes 200MB of ruby installation files by default. And Visual Studio, and Windows SDK is also included filling lots of gb that are not available to use. Also JAVA_HOME is not set and guessing it requires potential breaking code or adding more boilerplate code.
I have managed to run it by deleting some stuff. But it is a dirty hack:
