I think it is good to have native support for vcpkg like APT that is now very popular package manager for C++ projects. if we have this tools in image, build time of project decreasing significantly because we don’t need to get and build vcpkg for every test

I would love to have that too.

Right now I’m not even sure on how to build vcpkg on Windows on travis. I found some steps but they look unixy.
