I’ve read the various similar reports, and tried as best I could to follow their suggestions. BUt I’m still getting this same error trying to run cygwin on the windows travisci build vm.

Here is the output from my job:

Consider using RefreshEnv.cmd to load the updated environment variables from the Registry.
