getting error “exceeded number of users” even though I’m the only who is using it and already in FREE TRIAL plan.

I had a similar issue; if you contact support, they’re quite quick at fixing it.

I am also getting same error as exceeded number of users” even though i am just sign up it and selected FREE TRIAL plan. Please suggest to connect for support it.
