Travis-ci.com requires too much information to login from GitHub.

Giving full write access to all code repositories is not something I expect from CI. GitHub Apps API provides required scoped access rights. I would like Travis to use those and request only my email from GitHub for logging me in.

This is very concerning and I am not willing to grant Travis those.

@BanzaiMan I think this issue really needs some attention from staff.
