Our Organization is not able to switch subscriptions

Hey guys.
Our company is facing some bottlenecks with our builds from time to time and we’re struggling to find any opportunity to get in contact with anyone from sales to negotiate/increase our subscription. Me and some colleagues have been emailing the sales-team for quite some time now but weren’t getting any feedback.
Any one had an similar problem and is able to help with an contact or similar? :slight_smile:
