New GPG key for RVM Releases

RVM releases are now being signed with a new GPG key (see https://github.com/rvm/rvm/issues/4520).

This is causing TruffleRuby builds to fail when rvm get master is run during the RVM setup process (see https://travis-ci.org/tzinfo/tzinfo/jobs/469202451).

Please could the new GPG key (id 7D2BAF1CF37B13E2069D6956105BD0E739499BDB) be added to the Travis CI environment?
