Dotnet package is not found on packages.microsoft.com

My build is failing since the dotnet package can not be fetched (previous ones were fine), checking the URL it returns 404 Not Found. Example:
https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/16.04/prod/pool/main/d/dotnet-runtime-deps-5.0/dotnet-runtime-deps-5.0.7-x64.deb

MS team returned the missing files yesterday but their servers remained overloaded until now. The issue is solved for now.
